Rare genuine WWII US Army M1942 parachute jumper coat, made in windproof and water-resistant cotton cloth, introduced in December 1941 and intended for being worn with matching trousers.
This type features slanted breast pockets for easier access to contents.
Size 34.
Very good, worn condition; retains an original 101st Airborne Division shoulder sleeve insignia.
Crown and Conmar zipper are both in working order; waist belt is missing.
