Nice genuine WWII US Navy M1926 life preserver, featuring three snap fasteners.

Manufactured by The Firestone Tire and Rubber in Akron, Ohio and dated October 16, 1942. Contract No. W964-TS-99.

Supplied by the Navy, this dual-tube belt was issued to troops participating in amphibious operations; the belt could be inflated using two CO² cartridges, or by mouth via two valves -- please note that both mouthpieces are missing.

Very good overall condition.
