Genuine WWII US Army Air Corps Type D-10 manifold pressure gauge, used in various types of cargo aircraft, such as the C-47 Skytrain.
The knob was intended for selecting the main tanks (left and right), which could carry 211 gallons each, as well as the auxiliary tanks, which could carry 201 gallons.
