Nice genuine WWII US Army M3 russet leather shoulder holster intended for the Colt M1911A1 Pistol, caliber .45.
Manufactured by Boyt in 1943.
Introduced for Air Forces pilots in 1942, this type was subsequently used in most branches of the military and became particularly popular amongst airborne troops and armored crews.
Complete and in quite good, used condition; snap fastener and Lift-the-Dot are in working order.
Pistol is not included.
