Canteen, US Army, Complete, 1943
Genuine WWII US Army canteen, manufactured by G.P. & F. Co. in 1943 and fitted with a flat cap, with standard regulation cup hallmarked M.A. Co. and dated 1943, too. This lot comes in its original canvas cover, manufactured by J.A. Shoe in 1943 and under which some number, now hardly legible, has been stenciled. The present set is in quite good, used condition.

Canteen, US Army, Complete, British-Made, 1944
Genuine WWII US canteen, manufactured by S.M. Co. and dated 1944, complete with its cup manufactured by K.M. Co. and dated 1944, too. This set comes in a nice British-made khaki cover, dated 1944. Homogeneous lott, in very good overall condition.

Canteen, US Army, Complete, Cook Earl Everts, Battery A, 58th Artillery Regiment, AEF, 1918
Genuine WWI US Army M1910 canteen, manufactured by L.F.&C. and dated 1918, complete with its matching cup also manufactured by L.F.&C. and dated 1918. This set comes in its original khaki cover, dated 1917. Homogeneous lot in quite good, used condition. The following mention has been stamped on the canteen itself: Everts, Earl G., Cook, France, Nov. 18 . Earl Gain Everts was born on June 10, 1897 in Traer, Iowa and joined the US Army in April 1917 (ASN 627927). He went on to serve as a Cook with Battery A, 58th Artillery Regiment (Coast Artillery) and departed for France aboard the USS Covington , which sailed from Hoboken, New Jersey on May 10, 1918. He came home aboard the USS Santa Barbara , which departed from Bordeaux, France on April 16, 1919. Great genuine WWII US Army canteen, manufactured by S.M. Co. and dated 1945, complete with original aluminium cup, manufactured by S.M. Co. and dated 1945, too. This lot is delivered in its original reinforced cover, of the type intended for mounted troops yet widely used by paratroopers, manufactured by J.W. Johnson Co. and dated 1943. Homogeneous set, in very good overall condition.

Canteen, US, 1942, Complete, CM2c Aronal Faga, 31st Naval Construction Bn., Seabees, PTO, Iwo Jima
Genuine WWII US Army canteen, manufactured by S.M. Co. and dated 1942, complete with standard regulation cup hallmarked Foley Mfg. Co. and dated 1942, too. This lot comes in its original canvas cover, manufactured by G. & R. Co. in 1942. Nice homogeneous set, in quite good overall condition. Aronal Franklin Faga was born on April 26, 1910 in Adair, Iowa and joined the US Navy on September 12, 1942 (service number 640-62-20). He went on to serve with 31st Naval Construction Battalion and deployed to the PTO twice -- from December 1st, 1942 to October 31, 1943, and from December 28, 1944 to October 9, 1945. Very nice genuine WWII US M1910 canteen, manufactured by S.M. Co. in 1944, retaining its standard regulation cup (production markings are hardly legible). This lot comes in its original khaki cover, of the US Marine Corps 'P3' type featuring crossed flaps. Good overall condition.

Rare genuine WWII US canteen of the orange thermoplastic type (Ethocel), made up of two injection-molded pieces. Manufactured by AICO and ated 1943. Quite good overall condition; complete with chain and black bakelite top.

Rare genuine WWII US Army canteen of the orange thermoplastic type (Ethocel), made up of two injection-molded pieces. Manufactured by Mack Molding Co. and dated 1943. Quite good, slightly distorted condition; retains its black bakelite top with chain.

Genuine WWII US Army two-tone first type canvas carrier for M1943 folding shovel, manufactured by CLEVE. CANVAS and dated 1943. Complete and in good overall condition. A name was handwritten on the inside of the flap.
