Great genuine pre-WWII German bayonet for Mauser 98k, manufactured by Ernst Pack und Söhne in Solingen and dated 1938. Number 1006b is clearly visible on the ricasso while Waffenamt 253 has been stamped twice on the pommel. Bakelite grips. Locking system is in working order.
The present bayonet is in very good overall condition and comes in a original steel scabbard, manufactured by Ernst Pack und Söhne in Soligen in 1940, and bearing number 2301.
