Belt, Ammunition, MG 34 & MG 42, 1940

Genuine WWII German ammunition belt, made up of 52 rounds, 7.92mm caliber, linked together with steel links and intended for feeding the MG 34 and later MG 42 machine guns.

Manufactured in November 1940; starter tab has has no production date.

Every cartridge is deactivated (rammed, drilled and emptied) — all cases made in 1940.

Great homogeneous set, in very good overall condition.
