Genuine WWII British Mk II helmet, retaining its original liner and early chinstrap. Liner manufactured by BMB ( Briggs Motor Bodies , Dagenham) and dated 1940.. Size 7. The regimental flash painted on the left side corresponds to the Durham Light Infantry. The 8th Battalion of the Durham Light Infantry landed on June 6, 1944 on Gold Beach as the reserve battalion of the 151st (Durham) Brigade, prior to moving through Ver-sur-Mer, Creully, Bayeux, and towards Caen. Nice genuine WWII US canvas case for the M1 carbine, manufactured by J.A. Shoe and dated 1943. Designed for being carried over the shoulder thanks to the strap intended for that purpose. Zip is in working order. Very good overall condition.

Overshoes, 4-Hook, All Rubber, GOODYEAR
Pair of genuine WWII US Army rubber overshoes, closing by four spring-loaded hooks with flat buckles. Manufactured by Goodyear Rubber Co . Size 7. The production of this early version came to an end at the beginning of the war due to the shortage of source materials. This all-rubber type was subsequently superseded by the neoprene and rubber type, which was issued to the First Special Service Force in Italy and in the French Alps, prior to being used on a larger scale in the Ardennes during the Battle of the Bulge in December 1944 -- particularly by troops of the 82nd and 101st Airborne Divisions. Homogeneous pair, in good overall condition.

Helmet, Adrian, M1926, French Infantry, Camouflaged
Nice genuine interwar period French Army M1926 Adrian helmet, featuring an aluminium crest and adorned with the infantry insignia. The outer surface of the shell shows an interesting camouflage scheme, made up of large stains of black paint applied with a brush on the factory-applied dark khaki coat. In quite good, worn condition, the present helmet retains its original leather liner and chinstrap.

Helmet, M2, Fixed Loops, Modified, D-Ring, 3rd Bn., 506th PIR, 101st Airborne Division, Normandy
Genuine WWII US Army M2 helmet, front rim seam and fixed loops, without any production marking visible. The present shell features some interesting modification: the original loops were once replaced with handcrafted D-shaped loops, which were welded to the inner surface of the helmet. A single dot of white paint has been applied on the front, rear, and each side of this shell, indicating that the wearer served with the 3rd Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division. Used condition; found in Normandy.
