Very rare genuine WWII US Navy denim parka jacket, initially intended for being worn as a decontamination outfit.
Featuring a hood and a four-button closure on the front, this white cotton cloth parka was later dyed in a light green shade. On June 6, 1944, this garment was issued to sailors of the 2nd Naval Beach Battalion who landed on Utah Beach.
Complete and in excellent overall condition.
