Bayonet, Mauser 98k, 1940, Complete with Matching Scabbard and Leather Frog, 1943

Nice genuine WWII German bayonet for Mauser 98k, manufactured by E.u.F. Hörster in Solingen in 1940.

Serial number 3449 c is clearly visible on the ricasso; bakelite grips; locking system is in working order.

The blade is quite well preserved.

Comes in its original steel scabbard, also made by E.u.F. Hörster in Solingen in 1940 and bearing number 3449 c, along with a leather bayonet frog dated 1943.

Rare homogeneous set, in good overall condition.
